A Sikh Sadhu Told Me The Same Tips

Me with Sikh Sadhu2

If you always feel exhausted, you’re not alone. It also turns out a big part of it could be what you’re eating — or not eating.

You’d be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn’t hit snooze or experience the mid-afternoon slump every once in a while, but if you constantly feel like you’re dragging it may be time to take a closer look at your routine. If you don’t have a related health condition and are getting enough shuteye each night, you may be to blame for the constant fatigue. Here are 8 energy-zapping habits that you can change today By Brianna Steinhilber.

  1. You’re eating too much sugar. While the candy jar is an obvious culprit, refined carbohydrates like white bread and rice, chips, and cereal are a major source of sugar, too. This type of simple sugar is digested quickly by the body, leading to a dip in blood sugar levels that leaves you feeling fatigued. Be sure to replace refined carbs with whole grain varieties for a lasting energy boost.
  2. You aren’t exercising enough. It may seem counterintuitive that exerting energy will actually increase it, but adding a workout to your daily routine will give you a short-term energy boost. Plus, regular exercise improves sleep quality, which will ultimately leave you feeling more well rested.
  3.  You’re skipping breakfast. “Skipping breakfast can definitely contribute to low energy in the morning,” says Johannah Sakimura, MS and Everyday Health blogger. “It’s important to give your body good fuel to start the day after an extended period of fasting.” Without this fuel, your body is running on empty – leaving you famished by lunchtime and more likely to make unhealthy choices that will cause that mid afternoon dip in blood sugar. “Try to combine healthy carbohydrates, like fruit, veggies, and whole grains, with a protein source, such as eggs, nuts, or dairy. The carbs give you an initial boost, and the protein helps sustain you until your next meal,” says Sakimura.
  4. You’re sitting too much. Not only is sitting for prolonged periods of time harmful to your health (just one hour of sitting affects your heart!), but it’s a major energy zapper as well. Standing up and moving for even a few minutes helps get your blood circulating through your body and increases the oxygen in your blood, ultimately sending more oxygen to your brain which increases alertness. If you work a desk job, try this move more plan to keep your blood pumping.
  5. You’re drinking too much caffeine. Whether it’s a can of soda or constant refills of your coffee mug, many of the beverages we reach for when we feel tired are packed with caffeine – a stimulant that will give you a quick jolt, but can also leave you crashing soon after if you ingest too much. Plus, if you’re drinking caffeinated beverages into the afternoon, they may start to have an effect on your sleep quality. If you’re a coffee drinker, switch to water late-morning and replace soda with seltzer for a bubbly afternoon pick-me-up without the crash.
  6. You’re dehydrated. We all know the importance of drinking enough water and even mild dehydration can have adverse effects on your energy level, mood, and concentration. Aim for at least one glass of water per hour while sitting at your desk, and be sure to fill your bottle up even more if you’re doing strenuous activity or are outdoors in high temperatures.
  7. You have poor posture. A study found that slouched walking decreased energy levels while exacerbating symptoms of depression. The good news: Simply altering body posture to a more upright position instantly boosted mood and energy, while enabling participants to more easily come up with positive thoughts. So sit up straight! Set reminders on your phone or calendar throughout the day to remind yourself to check in with your posture and straighten up.
  8. You’re not snacking smart. If you’re running to the vending machine for a quick afternoon snack, your selection – most likely high in simple carbs and sugar – will take your energy levels in the wrong direction. Instead choose a snack that has a combo of protein and complex carbs for an energy boost that will last throughout the afternoon. Think trail mix, veggies and hummus, or peanut butter on whole wheat toast.

Western Civilization Is A Loaded Gun

Message of GgMa

Planet Earth is called “Dharti Maa” in Hindi, means Mother. She is warning her children (All Humans)since years but no one cares for her except formulating various organizations to earn money and celebrating “Earth Day” once a year just to Show Off. Following is the last message while she is at death bed:-

MY DEAR 7.162 BILLION CHILDREN (As of March 26, 2014, estimated by the United States Census Bureau USCB)

Please do not take it as “Funny Quote”, rather a tremendously serious warning that the next generation (children under 18) throughout the globe is under serious threat of dropping their living standard to the “Line of survival” as expressed by my following equation and a graph:

Brookings Institution scholar Homi Kharas estimates that the European and American middle classes will shrink from 50 percent of the total to just 22 percent, Oxfam International has released a new report called, “Working for the Few Almost” half of the world’s wealth is now owned by just one percent of the population and 50% of Total Percentage of World Population lives on less than $2.50 a day. All these people are my children, some are good, some are bad and I am extremely sorry that genetics did not work properly causing so much of discriminatory classes despite all my efforts. Not only this but above all they have caused a lot of damage to my health by doing so many wrong things like unbalancing the whole anatomy of my body by vanishing green part and mixing hell of poisonous chemicals in to 75% of my body water, raising my body temperature to dangerously high temperatures called fever of global warming. My health is deteriorating day by day, no one takes care of me even my family doctor is not very happy with all of you, and hence I have to take care of myself as much as I can.

Despite all these facts I am too much worried about my Middle class children as they are compelled to drop their living standard to bring at the level of my children below poverty who are already at the death bed. Wealthy children take care of their family only and are sucking all my wealth by fair and foul means to save for their own children only. They don’t understand that they themselves will be vanished along with all their wealth like their stupid Grandparents. They black mail their already poor brothers and sisters and snatch all their wealth. Mind it I damn care for those who does not work hard for their own betterment.

I am absolutely helpless due to uncontrolled situation, the future of my best children of white color middle class is badly unsecure and I can only suggest that they should start a yoga style technique to face apprehended poor class life style so that they are mentally and physically prepared for the same. For example efforts of keeping yourself harmonized and synchronized with technological development and innovations but self control to limit yourself up to learning only and avoiding spending on the use of it as one can survive without modern gadgets and application but cannot survive without food. May Creator bless you some other planet where Humanity prevails.

Prevailing System Will Not Work

Criticism is the easiest job, suggest corrective measures is the most difficult one. Mere criticism helps in increase of chaos and frustration, while proposing solutions to improve / resolve brings satisfaction and results are constructive depending upon the practicability and implementation. Here are some proposals to change Pakistan if someone has the will.

  1. Someone honest to himself, sincere to people of Pakistan and Powerful decision maker Robin Hood type character must take over the lead.
  2. He should nominate all top political leaders as Chief Police Commissioners of all provinces even if new provinces needed by bifurcating the larger ones.
  3. Appointment of Police Commissioners in all district throughout country must be done out of prominent political figures of the relevant districts answerable to Chief Police commissioner.
  4. Funding of Law Enforcement Force must be managed by Political Party Leaders in collaboration with elite class by hook or crook keeping their welfare in consideration within appropriate limits.
  5. Economic Policy of the country must be designed and implemented by Chief Police Commissioners.
  6. Foreign Policy of the country must be completely in the hands of Armed Forces after consultations with all Chief Police Commissioners.
  7. Welfare of the people will be collective responsibility of Chief Police Commissioners and Armed Forces.
  8. Judicial system of the country should constitute a Supreme Judicial Commission pertaining to Robin Hood and all Chief Police Commissioners.
  9. To facilitate common man, a lower Judiciary should comprise of Police Commissioners and his nominees from various prominent political parties.
  10. There are many highly capable, competent, loyal and sincere intellectuals, Law experts, Journalists in the country who can be utilized as Think Tank of Robin Hood.

Initial and most impractical step looks to be no.1, but history reminds us that Robin Hood, Sultana Daku, El Capone, Malik Riaz and almost all Kings are the personalities liked by majority but neither they want to participate, nor interested in Democratic Political System. It may look funny to readers but after focusing the responsibilities of Armed Forces today, I am worried for tomorrow when, God forbid, blame game will shift towards them as per plan of COD.

Trust on Seymour M. Hersh

Seymore  Seymour M. Hersh wrote a free essay on “London Review of Books” which was posted on FB by me on May 11 at 9:40am and till today the no. has gone up to 15,088 and a debate is still on throughout 28 Television News Channels of Pakistan regarding the authenticity of this essay while the LRB website itself declares: London Review of Books

“Every fortnight, the LRB brings you the biggest names in contemporary fiction, the clearest voices in philosophy, the most eloquent opinion-formers in politics and science and much more. Readers of the London Review of Books have come to expect inspired matches of writer and subject. Often provocative and always original, our writers do more than just review books – they analyse, inform and interrogate world culture. So connect with the world’s most entertaining writers and critics. And rethink every assumption you hold by taking the London Review of Books in your hands today.”

PTV vs  The debate going on is about the truthfulness of the essay which has become the top story these days. I would like to comment that as parent I lose my credibility when I teach my children to tell any one on the phone (Landline) or at the door, that I am not home but the very next moment deliver a lecture to all my children that no matter what happens, you must not tell a lie in whole of your lives. Is it not contemporary fiction and most entertaining act of mine and of most of the parents?
Seymour is also a normal human being and Pakistan Army constitutes humans too. The difference between the two is that one’s job is to write an essay while other is bound to protect the boundaries / ideology of a state.
Pakistan_Army_Emblem  I am not supposed to advice, neither a request is needed to Pakistan Army as regulation of the media is the responsibility of the states in the interest of STATE.
